General remarks: ‘De Kaffeiklasj’ is a tea room, open from 11:00 in the
morning till 20:00 in the evening, so no evening or night noise. The studio
is at the back, so not at the side of the street. The studio is located in the
center of Steenokkerzeel, very close to the Academy.
